| Speaking of style, Ramen basically consists of noodle & soup. And it
is served in a bowl in which noodles are flooded in soup. But there is
AN exception, "Tsukemen." "Tsukemen." is served in 2 separate bowls , one for noodles and the other for dipping soup. The noodles are to be dipped in the dipping soup before eaten. The dipping soup usually tastes more salty than standard ramen soup, but the ingredients are the same. |
