| Chinese Restaurants | ||
| There are uncountable numbers of chinese restaurants in Japan so that you
can find at least one even in the smallest town in Japan. Most of them
are family-run and the shop appearances are shabby as the below photo.
(Note: There are many luxurious Chinese such as branch shops of first-rated
restaurants in Hong Kong or Taipei, but they are carrying different noodle
dishes from "Ramen"in their menus. ) |

| They are carrying Ramen in their menu along with other chinese noodles.
But compared with Ramen offered by speciality shops, Ramen of Chinese restaurants
is not well-reputed. It is because they are using the same soup prepared
for other dishes even for Ramen. In other words, they cannot put a twist
on their soup, which is the key factor to distinguish itself from the others
and to win Ramen lovers' hearts. But don't forsake Chinese restaurants! Like anything else, there are exceptions for Chinese restaurants that offers well-reputed ramens. The followings are the ones; |
