Where to eat Ramen


Tachigui
The next primitive ramen etery to yatai is "Tachigui", stand-up shop. "Tachigui" is more common for Udon & Soba than for ramen. But some of them are located at the train station. They are concentrating their service on speed rather than quality or taste. So it is quite difficult to find a really good ramen shop among "Tachigui" ramen shops.

	The above photos are the typical appearance of "Tachigui" ramen shops.You can see guys eating ramen on their foot.

There is another eatery which does not care about customers' comfort at all. As long as they are providing seats, though they are really simple, they are not "Tachigui." They make customers eat ramen outside of their shops, functioning themselves as a serving counters.(See the photoes below) Their customers do not look annoyed. But this is priviledge of ramen shops with good ramen, otherwise no one would eat ramen under this circumstance. Eating ramen is never accetic excercise.
