Speciality Oriental Foods Inc.
I got the combo pack - 20 servings, a mixture of Miso, Pork, and Soy based soups. 20 individually packed noodle servings. Also two packs of Pork Loin to slice & add as a topping.
The noodles were indeed fresh & lots more tasty than instant Ramen. The soups were ok. The soy & miso were ok - nothing wrong, but not very interesting. The Pork was slighty better, more flavorful. I tried adding a packet of Spicy Seafood from an instant-ramen pack to the fresh noodles & that was very good!
The pork loin was good. Too be honest, I prefer buying & roasting a pork loin from the store. Fresher & better tasting. But for convience the one that came with the order was fine.
Summary:
Noodles: very good
Soups: OK, could be much more spicier for my taste
Pork : OK, but not as good as home-cooked.

Finally, well worth trying, and for about 2 bucks a serving, much closer to _real_ ramen than the instant packs.
