This ramen shop offers Kumamoto ramen. For the first time, I tried Marion ramen which is topped with chashu, kakuni (pork belly boiled slowly in soy sauce), and half boiled egg. I think the broth is too weak, though the rest is good enough. Next time. I tried miso ramen, which I liked. (Crow tw)
