RAMEN TEI
Ramen Tei reminds me of the ramen shop I went in Wakayama-ken. The shop consist of a bar counter & 2 tables, nothing fanciful. The 2 chefs( I believe must have been trained in Japan) cook in front of you & serve you.
The stock for the Shoyu ramen is not bad but not exactly very tasty. The noodles are of standard. The miso ramen is flavourful. The customers consist mainly of Japanese. In fact, Ramen Tei was recomended by a Japanese friend working in Singapore.
