On holidays, Japanese working in neighbouring countries swarm up to this ramen shop. I myself drove 400km, one way, from Frankfurt to visit this shop.
Needless to say, though it is popular among local customers also.
In my opinion, the taste of ramen here is sticking out in Europe. You can enjoy the same quality of ramen as in Japan.
As for language, the shop staffs are communicable in Japanese. I got called upon "You liked the taste" when paying.
