This shop would be called a Chinese restaurant.
I heard it has long history.
They are carrying not only ramen but extensive menus of a la carte like fried rice, etc.
It is well-known even among Japanese living in Germany. This reputation
expected me a lot, but I got dissapointed a little. Among the three shop
I ate at, it was ranked bit higher than the other two.
In the Sapporo Ramen Yokocho, there is a ramen shop with the same name.
The ramen offered at this shop is like as well in that both are offering
tasty ramen with dogged firmeness. But long drive does not deserve.
