It seems run by no-Japanese, but it offers satisfactory taste for Japanese customers. In European countries, there are a lot of Japanese restaurants (They are making money!) but few of them satisfy Japanese customers.
Hokkaido seems to position itself above the average of ramen in Paris. It characterises itself with its volume, actually even adults will get fulled with a bowl of ramen.
A la carte menu but ramen is also recommendable.
