Kikuchan
I chose the Ramen with roast pork. It came in a fairly dark broth, and was topped with sliced pork, chopped scallions, half of a hard-boiled egg, and a julienned vegetable that resembled bamboo shoot. The noodles were firm and plentiful. Let me make a needed disclaimer. I have never been to Japan, and am not at all a Ramen expert. In fact, I have only tasted Ramen at a small handful of Ramen shops in Chicago (my former home). That said, the Ramen that I had tonight at Kiku-Chan were (in my humble, layman's opinion) wonderful. Every bit as good at what I tasted in Chicago.
