Osaka is a Japanese restaurant with a full range of typical offerings (e.g.,
sushi, sashimi, udon, soba, etc.). It has one Ramen dish. It is "Shoyu
Ramen." For Barcelona, even one Ramen dish is a reason to celebrate.
Osaka's Shoyu Ramen has a dark, flavorful broth. It is topped with
shrimp, crab, cabbage, scallion, and a couple other vegetables that I cannot
seem to remember right now (sorry BON, but I ate there at the end of a
very long day). I liked the broth and toppings very much, but was
a little disappointed with the noodles. I found them to be too soft
and mealy. Osaka's Shoyu Ramen might not be a hit in Japan, but is
more than welcome here in Barcelona.
