Yes, Noto is back! I think that it is one of the most authentic ramens around
london. There are three types of soup base... shio, shoyu and miso. Personally I
think that the shio is the best and is the one that most of the other Japanese
customers eat. The toppings include deep fried Kara-a-ge which is pork in
batter. Delicious as the batter slowly absorbs the appetising soup stock. The
bean sprouts are crispy and the vegtables are fresh. The noodles are very tasty
and go down your gullet a treat. Definitely worth a visit. You will not be
disappointed. Why not have a plate of freshly fried Gyoza with your meal too.
All of this will cost you roughly v6.50. Bargain, seeing as the only other way
of getting good old fashioned ramen would be to book yourself a flight to Tokyo!
Enjoy, ramen lovers!
