Locted next to Goshu Ramen Tei.The chef is a Japanese. This shop is offering various menus of Chinese cuisene and ramen does not seem to be center of them, although they put more stress on ramen than its next door neighbour. The ingredients of Shoyu Ramen soup seem to include be made of Ajinomoto and ready-made sauce, which make the soup sweet. The noodles are straight and sloppy but too soft.
