RAMEN PONPOCO
Located in a busy area called Neutral Bay, North of Sydney, where relatively large number of Japanese are living. It is offering wide range of Chinese menus as well as other ramen shops in this city.
The noodles and garnishes of the ramen here are like those found in Japan.
The soup is basically chicken bone base and little oily. Its plain taste is my favorite, but flavor of the soup is not enough. Noodles are moderately fine and wavy, and are offering nice texture. But I did not like garnishments, which consisted of pan-fried vegetables usually found in ramen in Sapporo, dried-up spring onions and tasteful chashu which I liked.
