Ezogiku Located in Waseda, Tokyo, that is famous for one of the Japan's best universitis, Ezogiku has been providing hungry students with large sized ramen. Starting their operation in Hawaii and successfully increased shops there, Ezogiku has launched their shops in North America. Now you can enjoy miso ramen, Ezogiku's speciality, in Seattle and Vancouver, too. * The Pic is of their main shop in Waseda, Tokyo. yShops outside of JapanzHawai Seatle Vancouver

Ajisen Ajisen is running a chain mainly in Kumamoto in Kyushu, the northern island of Japan. With their Kumamoto style raman, Ajisen is most actively spreading their ramen shops outside of Japan. Till recently, Ajisen had concentrated their target in Asian countries, but in 2001, they opened their first shop in USA. * The Pic is of their shop in Tokyo. yShops outside of JapanzSinpapore Philippine New York

8ban Ramen 8ban ramen is from Hokuriku district which consists of Ishikawa, Toyama, and Fukui prefectures, and their shops in Japan are found only in this area. But, you can enjoy their ramen outside of Japan, only in Thailand, though. I do have no idea why they concentrate in Thailand. * The Pic is of their shop in Bangkok. yShops outside of JapanzThailand
