| Suchan Ramen | |
| Many might think Ramen is Chinese, but I do think IT IS JAPANESE. There
are Chinese restaurants offering noodle-in-soup dishes, which are different
in their tastes and apprearance from those of ramen found in Japan. Suchan Ramen is a JAPANESE ramen restaurant. It is run by Japanese, it looks ramen shop found in Japan, and needless to say its ramen tastes JAPANESE ramen. According to the mistress, in charge of cooking, the shop is named after her deceased husband's nickname and the shop curtaing was imported from US. Inside the shop, there are stall counter and tables. It looks almost like ramen shops found in front of railway stations. Their menu consists of Ramen and Gyoza. As they self-claim "speciality shop", their noodles, soup and gyoza are all hanc-made. Since the mistress is from SHIKOKU, her ramen's soup is thick and flavorful with blended stock of pork and chicken bones.
