| I've eaten here four times now and have never been dissapointed. The first time
I tried the shoyu ramen, which was good, if a little uninspired. The second
time I asked the (very cute) waitress what she'd recommend. She suggested the
spicy miso champon - WOW! Just spicy enough - maybe a little too much for my
aging digestive system - loaded with squid, plus shrimp and a mussell, along with
shredded pork and vegetables. The broth is outstanding. However, if you're
approaching that age where spicy foods are best avoided, try the non-spicy miso
champon - same as the spicy but without the afterburn. As I already mentioned,
the broth is excellent, the noodles were firm and just chewy enough. Though the
noodles are pre-made (I asked), they had their own distinct character. Order a
side of gyoza and you're set. Service was excellent each time, and the staff
seems to genuinely appreciate your enjoyment of the meal. (Posted by Michael Olcsvary on 2002.5.3) I tried the Miso Ramen. It was very good. It was served piping hot and was very tasty. My only complaint would be that the noodles were a little overcooked. I would definitely go back and eat there again.
