Ryowa Ramen
Overall I thought the ramen here was very tasty. Second only to Santa in San Mateo. There is not much of a ramen selection but the nice thing is that they have things other than ramen like fried rice and gyozas among other things. They also have cold tea which quenches my thirst like nothing else, at Santa they have the same thing but only for lunch. They also have kim chi on the tables, which some people do not like but when I tried it I thought it was very tastey. Thumbs up for this one.

Had the Ryowa Ramen Bowl ($6) - the sesame seed based soup was really nice in taste, quite delicious really, while the ramen noodles itself were alright if a bit bland. It also came with minced daikon&green onion toppings, yellow bean sprouts, and 3 slices of pork (tender and juicy). The menu is pretty limited, but the atmosphere is casual/friendly, and the Japanese channel shown on the corner tv was awesome. Great place to go for fast (had to wait about 5-10 minutes for a seat, but the ramen came 5 minutes after ordering), relatively cheap ($5-$7)ramen. The only thing I'd recommend against is having the kim chee, which had a rubbery taste to it. Overall, I'd go there again to try out the other ramen bowls.

Great atmosphere with Japanese tv and mugicha to drink.
The ramen is pretty tasty- better than most you can find in the states.  They also have a sesame seed flavored ramen that's good for a change.
