| I have ordered a shoyu- ramen. The soup was too greasy to swallow, and grease
was even stuck to the noodles. I also noticed that the burnt fish flavor came
into my tongue and remained for a long time. I have also ordered rectangular
shaped gyoza, that was another disappointment. My wife orderd a light tonkotsu
soup- based, that was not too bad even for me to try the next time ,if such a
