| Noodles of this restaurant are outstanding among bowls I experienced in
US and around. Since this is a chinese restaurant, noodle dish here is
not "Ramen". I tried flat egg noodles in hot&chili soup with grained pork meat (similar to Tantanmen in Tokyo). This dish is worth of trying even if it is served in Japan. The cost was around $16 for beer and ramen, I remember.I felt this is a good example of a restaurant to seek authentic-but-unique chinese style noodles not trying to reproduce Japanese ramen.(Ishidaikunio 2001.
